Position Title: Creative & Retreat Assistant

Overview:

The Heart Center is seeking a warm, creative, and grounded individual to join our team in a supportive role focused on creative direction, marketing, and event support. This position is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, a love for sacred and intentional spaces, and a heart for spiritual and community-centered gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the Heart Center founder to assist in planning, marketing, and running retreats, workshops, and community events.

• Design promotional materials such as flyers, graphics, and social media content using tools like Canva.

• Assist with social media posting and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Help conceptualize, set up, and beautify event spaces (both indoors and outdoors) to reflect the sacred and welcoming spirit of the Heart Center.

• Take creative direction gracefully, while also bringing original ideas, initiative, and leadership to projects.

• Support day-of-event logistics, including greeting participants, setting up stations, and ensuring smooth flow.

Ideal Qualities & Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva and basic design tools; social media savvy.

• Detail-oriented with a creative eye for harmony, beauty, and sacred aesthetics.

• Open to feedback and collaboration, while also confident in taking initiative.

• Organized, adaptable, and able to hold space with intention and care.

• Experience with or interest in spirituality, wellness, or community gathering spaces is a plus.
